Requirements:

  • Manage influencer ecosystems and relationships with aligned influencers across health, tech, urbanism, and culture; coordinate collaborative posts and audience cross-pollination; act as the primary point of contact for influencer teams and managers to ensure thoughtful, aligned collaborations
  • Lead podcast and media activation support by coordinating with media and PR stakeholders to maximize appearances and ensure content exchanges
  • Structure and manage brand and affiliate partnerships by identifying mission-aligned brands and executing affiliate, sponsorship, or co-branded initiatives with end-to-end logistics
  • Plan and execute multi-channel partnership campaigns tied to launches or initiatives; track outcomes and refine playbooks; serve as a liaison between senior leaders and partners and coordinate joint events and high-visibility content initiatives

Job description

We’re looking for a Influencer Partnership Manager who can act as a true force multiplier for a founder-led platform operating at the intersection of cities, wellness, sustainability, and culture. This role is about people, not press. While media appearances are handled separately, you will own the relationships that turn moments into movements.

You will manage influencer ecosystems, coordinate high-leverage collaborations, and structure partnerships that drive audience growth, trust, and long-term value. This role is ideal for someone who understands how influence, alignment, and timing work together and knows how to turn one conversation into a network-wide outcome.

What You’ll Work On

Influencer and Ecosystem Management

  • Manage relationships with a curated group of aligned influencers across health, tech, urbanism, and culture
  • Coordinate collaborative posts, shared content, and audience cross-pollination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencer teams and managers
  • Ensure collaborations feel thoughtful, aligned, and mutually valuable

Podcast and Media Activation Support

  • Coordinate with media and PR stakeholders to maximize each appearance
  • Ensure every podcast or media moment includes a clear content or audience exchange
  • Structure content trades that extend reach beyond the original appearance

Brand and Affiliate Partnerships

  • Identify and secure partnerships with regenerative and mission-aligned brands
  • Structure affiliate, sponsorship, or co-branded initiatives that drive real value
  • Manage partnership logistics, timelines, and deliverables end to end

High-Level Collaboration and Liaison Work

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between senior leaders and key partners
  • Coordinate joint events such as live conversations, webinars, or summits
  • Help design and execute multi-party content initiatives with high visibility

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Plan and run multi-channel partnership campaigns tied to launches or initiatives
  • Track outcomes and ensure follow-through across all collaborators
  • Continuously refine partnership playbooks and workflows

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer partnerships, community, business development, or strategic operations
  • Proven ability to manage high-touch relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on long-term alignment over short-term wins
  • High emotional intelligence and comfort navigating different communication styles
  • Experience running coordinated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with thought leaders, creators, or founder-led brands
  • Background in wellness, sustainability, urbanism, or impact-driven spaces
  • Familiarity with affiliate programs, content partnerships, or audience swaps
  • Experience acting as a right hand or chief-of-staff style operator
