Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements & Responsibilities – Colorado

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Colorado License in Occupational Therapy
• Colorado Department of Education Certificate  for Occupational Therapy
• 2+ years of experience in a school setting
• State Check  through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (name based)
• National Check through the FBI (fingerprint based)
