Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.

Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare high‑quality training datasets.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Data, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into ML solutions.

Optimize, fine‑tune, and scale models for performance, efficiency, and accuracy.

Enhance and maintain ML pipelines and workflows across the organization.

Document experiments, methodologies, and results to ensure reproducibility and compliance.

Stay current with emerging ML/AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

At least 3 years of experience in a Machine Learning Engineer / ML Specialist role.

Proven expertise in Python and hands‑on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or Keras.

Hands‑on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, and Keras.

Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.

Strong background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
