Job description

About The Role:

We’re looking for an Atlassian Specialist to manage and optimize our Jira, JSM, and Confluence platforms. In this remote, full-time role, you’ll support internal teams by building secure workflows, dashboards, and automation aligned with compliance standards. You’ll also handle user support, third-party app management, and collaborate with security teams to meet frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Administer and manage Jira, JSM, and Confluence instances to meet the evolving needs of technical, product, compliance, and customer support teams.
• Design and implement advanced workflows, permission schemes, and automation rules that align with regulated financial operations.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards, SLA reports, and data visualizations for operations, audit, and compliance purposes.
• Configure and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps and third-party extensions, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and business continuity standards.
• Deliver user support, training, and documentation for internal teams to maximize platform adoption and efficient usage.
• Support and optimize JSM for ITSM processes, including request queues, SLAs, incident management, and Confluence-based knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure configurations and processes comply with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
• Liaise with Atlassian support and manage escalations or performance issues as needed.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

3+ years of experience administering Atlassian tools in a production environment, preferably in fintech or highly regulated industries
