Overview:
United Community Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Floater to join our collaborative and
dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support multiple departments within
Deposit Operations, ensuring continuity of daily processes and providing coverage during peak
periods or staff absences
What You’ll Do:
- Perform daily tasks across various departments including ACH & Cash Ops, Balance Control, ATM & Card Operations, Deposit Account Maintenance, Documentation, Research Returns, Wire Transfers, and more.
- Provide coverage and support during high-volume periods or when team members are unavailable.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and branch representatives.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Assist with training and special projects as needed
Requirements For Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in banking operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer systems with ease.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across departments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally for training or conversions.

Pay Range:
USD $38,769.00 - USD $57,876.00 /Yr.
