Location: Pune (First 6 months - Work From Home)

Job Description:

- Responsible for serving as the primary liaison between the client and the system or application.

- Committed to delivering high-quality service and utilizing strong communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art systems.

- Ability to accurately identify client issues, interpret them, and propose solutions based on in-depth product knowledge.


Required skills:

- Proficiency in Financial Applications and Service Desk Voice Support

- Excellent English communication

- Educational Qualification: MCA/B-Tech/B.Com/MBA-Finanace/M.com
