Job Overview

We are hiring a talented Mid-Level Mold Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience. This is a remote and flexible opportunity, perfect for professionals skilled in precision mold design, particularly for injection molding applications. You'll collaborate on projects across various locations in Kerala.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PTC Creo for detailed 3D modeling
• Expertise in AutoCAD for accurate blueprint creation and editing
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting
• Solid experience in mould design, especially for injection molding systems
• Knowledge of hot runner and press tool technologies
• Creative and practical problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design molds with precision using PTC Creo and AutoCAD based on client requirements
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure effective implementation
• Translate design concepts into technical drawings and specifications
• Provide technical support during mold fabrication and testing
• Review and optimize mold designs for functionality and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain design records and documentation for revisions and improvements
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure all designs meet performance criteria
• Recommend design enhancements to improve product quality and production efficiency
