We're Hiring! Solution Manager - ITSM & CHARM Expert 

Role: Solution Manager

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Remote 

Employment Type: Permanent / Contract

Available to join immediately to 15 days 


 Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage ITSM processes to streamline IT services 

- Implement and optimize SAP CHARM for seamless change management 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient IT solutions 

- Lead project management and delivery of ITSM & CHARM solutions 

- Drive process improvements and implement best practices across systems 


 Skills & Experience:

- Strong background in Change Request Management and SAP landscapes 

- Expertise in process optimization, service delivery, and troubleshooting 

- Excellent communication & leadership skills
