Quality Assurance Engineer

Position: Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) 

Location: Remote

Role: As a Product Quality Assurance Engineer at Troopr, you'll be responsible for ensuring reliability, performance, and quality of our AI products with a particular focus on conversational chatbot solutions. You will be working in a small team building world class software products used by 100k+ users in some of the most admired companies in the US including Starbucks, Netflix, Snowflake and Spotify.

Typical day in the job:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans & cases 
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through to resolution
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Conduct compatibility tests with various systems and devices
• Help test and tune the generative AI capabilities of the chatbot
• Setup and conduct performance / stress testing for relevant modules
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and flexibility are key

Typical profile of person who can do this job well:

• You have 3 to 5 yrs of QA experience, with a focus on functional testing
• You have 1-2 years of relevant AI chatbot testing experience
• You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• You have strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
