In this role, you will take ownership of operating our Enterprise Service Management platform – ServiceNow. This is your opportunity to work in a global environment, collaborate with various stakeholders, and actively contribute to improving our enterprise services.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, development or administration
• Strong technical expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) as well as Upgrade and Release Management
• Certifications CSA & CIS ITSM (more is a plus)
• Good understanding of ITSM principles and frameworks (ITIL certification is a plus)
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
• Ensure stability, security, and performance of our ServiceNow platform
• Lead upgrades, patches, and configurations
• Manage user access, roles and permissions
• Proactive troubleshooting and monitoring
• Develop workflows, forms, and automation to optimize processes
• Implement new features and integrations with other systems
• Configure and customizing processes to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and design solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
• Lead workshops on best practices for ServiceNow solutions
• Lead transitions from development to operations
• Manage supplier performance, SLAs, and operational budget
