We are one of the first work-from-anywhere companies with 2,000+ team members utilizing our virtual office called eXp World. This role is work-from-anywhere in Portugal.

What you will do:
eXp Portugal is in full expansion mode, and we are looking for a high-caliber Onboarding Manager to work directly with our Country Leadership. We don't need a traditional HR profile; we need a strategic connector who can identify the "best of the best" and open the door to a life-changing conversation.
Your mission is to be the first point of contact for top-tier real estate professionals, mastering our disruptive model to inspire curiosity and funnel high-value prospects to our "Model Explained" sessions led by the Country Leader.
How you will make an impact:
