Shift: 24x7 Support (On-call rotation)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide 24x7 production support for critical applications. The role involves monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with development teams to ensure high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 application support for production systems
  • Monitor application health, logs, and dashboards
  • Perform RCA and coordinate with L3/development teams
  • Troubleshoot frontend (Angular) and backend (Node.js) issues
  • Handle incidents, problems, and changes as per ITIL
  • Support deployments, hotfixes, and release validation
  • Maintain support documentation and runbooks
