Junior Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Creating Motion Graphics:
• Support the creation of motion graphics for various media platforms including web, mobile, and social media.
• Help brainstorm and storyboard new concepts and ideas.
• Transform static designs into animated visuals under the guidance of senior team members.
• Video Editing and Post-Production:
• Edit and enhance video content with basic motion graphics, effects, transitions, and audio.
• Ensure all deliverables align with the brands visual identity and meet technical specifications.
• Collaboration and Learning:
• Work closely with senior designers and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in motion graphics, and continuously improve by implementing feedback from senior designers.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• Previous experience in motion graphic design or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Portfolio showcasing any relevant work or personal projects in motion graphics and video editing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and encoding.
• Creative and Analytical Skills:
• Showcase strong visual storytelling and conceptual skills with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel in time management, balancing independent work with collaboration to consistently meet deadlines.
