We’re looking for a Webflow Designer to help us bring high-quality designs to life on the web.
You’ll work closely with our Design and Growth teams, translating polished designs created by our designers into responsive, performant, and well-structured Webflow experiences. This role is about execution, craft, and collaboration ensuring our marketing site and landing pages are built with care, speed, and consistency. This is a freelance, hourly role, focused on execution and craft.
This is not a role focused on creating visual designs from scratch. The design direction, UI, and brand system will be provided by our design team. Your role is to implement those designs in Webflow with precision, flexibility, and best practices.
Build and maintain marketing pages, landing pages, and website components in Webflow
Translate high-fidelity designs from Figma into clean, responsive Webflow builds
Partner closely with Design to ensure visual accuracy and quality
Collaborate with Growth to ship pages quickly, iterate on experiments, and support campaigns
Create reusable components and scalable structures in Webflow
Ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices
Support ongoing updates, optimizations, and A/B tests
Help maintain consistency with our design system and brand guidelines
Proven experience building websites and landing pages in Webflow
Strong understanding of responsive design and web fundamentals
High attention to detail and visual precision
Comfort working from Figma files and design systems
Ability to collaborate closely with designers and growth partners
Experience supporting marketing experiments, launches, or campaigns is a plus
Designs are translated into Webflow accurately and efficiently
Pages load fast, scale well, and are easy to iterate on
Growth experiments can be launched and adjusted quickly
Designers trust that their work will be implemented with care
The website feels consistent, polished, and on-brand
