3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures
Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification

Job description
We are looking for a strong ABAP developer with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience. The individual would be responsible for:
• Developing integrations based off functional specifications and/or modifying based on feedback
• Updating documentation as needed
• Addressing payroll integration defects and troubleshooting; working with the business analysts, vendors and functional business owners to resolve
• Follow change‐control procedures for any integration modifications.
• Provide clear, business‐focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve code and data quality.
Basic Qualifications:
•3–5 years of hands‐on experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
•Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures.
•Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes.
•SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification.
Desired Skills:
•Technical experience with of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python)
•Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items.
•Experience with robotic process automation or AI‐driven code tools.
•Prior experience supporting large‐scale transformation programs
