We are looking for a detail-oriented SFCC QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of e-commerce applications across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for SFCC (SFRA) applications.
Validate end-to-end e-commerce workflows such as product catalog, search, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, and order management.
Test integrations with third-party systems including payment gateways, tax, shipping, OMS, and CRM.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Execute API testing for SFCC integrations using tools like Postman or similar.
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and production support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing.
Strong understanding of SFRA architecture and e-commerce concepts.
Experience in manual testing for retail/e-commerce applications.
Knowledge of order lifecycle, promotions, pricing, and payment processing.
Experience with API testing and backend validation.
