How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve successful delivery.

• Support project planning and define technical requirements.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Provide regular status updates and ensure smooth project development.

• Oversee technical documentation and testing phases (FAT, SAT, installation).

• Mentor and train future Technical Leads for organizational growth.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science/IT.

• 5+ years of experience with SCADA/EMS/DMS systems.

• Strong knowledge of electric power system control and monitoring.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder requirements and expectations.

• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.

• Familiarity with project management best practices and tools.
