Proj Leader IT

What You'll Do

• Manage and implement new systems or changes to existing systems on time and within budget 
• Communicate results within the organization and to clients 
• Manage third party vendors and ensure their product is compliant with CTI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
• Work independently with sponsors to support and develop business 
• Work with system owners to develop requirements and transform into a usable system within the SDLC framework 
• Maintain necessary documentation as required by CTI SOPs, including those required for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance 
• Work with and support other developers to create and implement best practices for processes and systems; Provide leadership to other developers 
• Proactively identify areas where technology can improve business processes and productivity 
• Work with Vendor and other CTI team members to apply patches and updates to Clinical Systems 
• Work with Vendor and other CTI team members to identify and resolve system issues or defects 

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology 
• 5 years of experience managing systems 
• Strong process background in clinical systems 
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, HTML, PHP, .Net, and Tableau
