Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role with high-volume call center experience (preferably in healthcare or social services).
Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at the state or national level.
Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
Experience handling prior authorization processes or related clinical calling/communication.
