Job description
We are looking for a SeniorSalesforce Developer to support a manufacturing client's SPEED production environment.
The role involves both Salesforce administration and occasional development tasks, working closely with the Sales Excellence team in a customer-facing capacity, and understanding key processes (opportunity lifecycle, asset management, reporting/dashboards)
Working hours: Availability in the EST time zone, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles;
Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration;
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs;
Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices;
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits;
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;
Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.
