Objective/goal

Learn about the construction process (phases, timing, deliverables) and importance of documentation. The individual should be able to communicate the value of consultative selling and in building relationships, at an industry-wide level. Interns will come away with the ability to connect material selection, material performance, and real-world applications to meet owner needs.

 

KPIs

1.    Complete training and navigation within project lead software (Construct Connect). Develop the ability to filter documents to extrapolate competitive data.

2.    Formulate list of architects and designers who frequently specify competition (via Construct Connect) to deliver to field reps for future follow up.  

3.    Creation of standard/fillable substitution request form for Ensemble Acoustical Drywall system- compiling with accompanying data for field use.

4.    Assist with the pilot implementation in testing AI “agents” through sampling of construction documents.

5.    Participate in one CEU/presentation per week with ASA/ASR/ACD colleagues.

6.    Assist driving messaging/brand positioning for Ensemble on social media by evaluating analytics for future activity and establishing cadence for delivery.

Desired qualifications

·         Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Ability to read construction documents (reflected ceiling plans, finish schedules)

·         Minimum GPA 3.0

·         Students currently enrolled in Architectural or Interior Design programs

 

Timing

(8 weeks)

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
