IT Administrator

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our 85-person company and play a key role in maintaining and developing our Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID environments.
In this role, you will support the organization in day-to-day IT operations while also contributing your ideas and expertise to improve security, automation, and overall IT efficiency. You will have real influence on shaping IT policies, IT architecture, and the development of AI-driven tools used across the company.

• Maintenance and development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Administration and development of Azure / Entra ID.

• Continuous monitoring of infrastructure security and quick incident response.
• Active management of security tools.
• Creating and developing a coherent IT security concept (prevention, processes, monitoring).
• Coordinating regular penetration tests performed by external vendors.
• Preparing and maintaining crisis response plans.

• 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-line support for software and hardware issues.
• IT support for the onboarding of new employees.
• Cross-department coordination of on- & off boarding of users (licenses, accesses)

• Maintenance and development of the company’s hardware inventory.
• Purchasing equipment and licenses, managing relationships with vendors and technology partners.
• Cost optimization and support in IT budget planning.

• Creating scripts and automations (PowerShell, SharePoint, M365).
• Supporting the implementation of AI in IT administration.
• Identifying new AI use cases and tools that streamline IT team operations.

• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration — required.
• Strong knowledge of Azure / Entra ID (Azure AD) in cloud environments 
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam).
• Ability to automate administrative tasks (PowerShell, scripting, M365/SharePoint automation).
• Knowledge of application integrations and SSO.
• Experience with VPN and secure remote access tools.
• Experience working with L1 / Service Desk as 2nd/3rd line support.

• Experience in integrating systems 
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation.
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104).
