We are currently searching for a Senior Tableau Developer:
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards to support business analytics needs.
- Create complex Excel-based reports using advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from our client to gather requirements and deliver timely reporting solutions.
- Support report development and maintenance on internal reporting applications as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization.
- Document reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Continuously improve reporting solutions by applying best practices and new Tableau and Excel features.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding status, risks, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in reporting and analytics roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard and report development.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros/VBA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired
- Experience in US Healthcare and Insurance domains.
- Knowledge or exposure to WebFOCUS.
- Ability to quickly learn new or internal reporting tools.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
