Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain core training content and tools to support skill development and consistent field performance; provide programmer training for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Medical Education, SMEs, Sales Training, RD, Marketing, and Field Leadership to ensure training aligns with therapy and supports new hires, certifications, and launches.
  • Assess training needs, identify competency gaps, ensure adherence to policies and compliance, and maintain vendor credentials; monitor progress and readiness for independent field work.

Job Location

This position offers flexibility in work location! For candidates within commuting distance of our Minnetonka, MN office, the role will be hybrid, blending in-office and remote work. We’re also open to fully remote candidates located in or near a major cities within the United States.

Job Salary

Targeted Annual Base Salary: $110,000-$130,000

This position is bonus eligible

Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and continually improving field training for Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists and other field-based roles. This role partners closely with Medical Education, Sales Training, R&D, Marketing, and Field Leadership to ensure every training program strengthens clinical knowledge, procedural performance, device programming expertise, and patient outcomes. This role identifies learning needs, builds high-quality educational content, strengthens belief in therapy and supports the progression of new and tenured employees as they develop competency across all aspects of the remedē therapy.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all clinical field training programs.
  • Build and maintain core training content covering clinical knowledge, implantation workflow, device programming, and key data.
  • Develop training tools and programs that support effective skill development and consistent field performance.
  • Provide programmer training and education to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensure clinical training reinforces therapy confidence, consistent messaging, and effective customer engagement in support of commercial and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Medical Education and subject matter experts to develop and deliver customer-facing education.
  • Partner with Field Leadership to monitor new-hire progression, support certification decisions, and ensure readiness for independent field work.
  • Support new product launches, as needed.
  • Assess training needs, identify competency gaps, and implement targeted solutions that improve field capability.
  • Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance expectations, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with implantable medical devices required
  • Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred
  • Experience with sleep medicine a plus
  • 2+ years of experience with developing and/or implementing clinical training programs or curriculum design strongly preferred
  • IBHRE a plus


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience designing and delivering field training or curriculum
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Proactive, resourceful, and accountable


Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel (including overnight stays) up to 25-60% as needed

The annual salary for this position is:

$110,000.00 to $130,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
