What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases

• Drive test automation strategy and implement frameworks for scalable solutions

• Review specifications for testability and provide risk-based feedback

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC

• Perform root cause analysis and manage defect lifecycle effectively

• Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation in compliance with SOPs and GCP

• Set up and manage test environments, tools, and data for multiple projects

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements

• Participate in UAT, customer calls, and regulatory audits as needed

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Mid-Level: 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)

• Senior-Level: 5+ years with proven leadership in QA and automation strategy

• Lead-Level: 8+ years including team leadership and process optimization

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools

• ISTQB certification (preferred)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
