About the Role

At North Star Network, we are looking to expand our Latin America content team by hiring three Content Writers, each dedicated to one local market:

• Peru

• Chile

• Argentina

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, accurate, and SEO-driven content tailored to your assigned market. Your work will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and converting users across our iGaming and sports platforms.

Reporting to a Content Manager or Senior Content Manager, you will collaborate closely with Editors, SEO specialists, and other Writers to ensure our content meets the highest editorial standards while supporting traffic growth and monetization goals.

This role is ideal for writers who combine strong editorial skills, local market expertise, and a performance-driven mindset in fast-paced digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write original, high-quality articles following provided briefs, tone, and structure.

• Adapt writing style, terminology, and references to the local audience in Peru, Chile, or Argentina.

• Ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and a professional yet engaging tone.

• Deliver a consistent volume of content within deadlines, meeting editorial, quality, and SEO expectations.

• Research relevant sports events, trends, and operators to provide reliable and up-to-date information.

• Bring first-hand market knowledge and in-depth local expertise where applicable.

SEO Integration

• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword usage, internal linking, structured formatting, and on-page optimization.

• Follow content briefs and editorial guidelines to optimize for visibility, engagement, and conversion.

• Collaborate with SEO specialists and Content Managers to adjust and improve existing content.

• Monitor article performance when requested and incorporate feedback to refine content.

• Review published articles regularly and implement updates when content becomes outdated.

Collaboration & Feedback

• Work closely with Editors and Content Managers to refine drafts and integrate feedback efficiently.

• Collaborate with other writers to maintain consistent quality and tone across brands and markets.

• Participate in content reviews, workshops, and editorial discussions.

• Communicate proactively regarding progress, challenges, deadlines, and content ideas.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all content complies with brand, editorial, and regulatory guidelines, particularly in iGaming and sports betting.

• Maintain accuracy, transparency, and neutrality when writing about operators, bonuses, games, or predictions.

• Perform thorough self-proofreading before submission to minimize revisions.

• Stay informed about local regulations, market trends, and audience expectations in your assigned country.

What We’re Looking For

• Native or near-native Spanish speaker, with strong cultural and market knowledge of Peru, Chile, or Argentina.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, SEO Writer, Copywriter, or Journalist.

• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital publishing.

• Strong research skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and apply feedback constructively.

• Interest or experience in sports, iGaming, or digital media is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) is an advantage.

• Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment.
