Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Lead a team to drive business objectives and manage the Vendor Learning Partner Programs, including recruitment, adherence monitoring, day-to-day partner requests, and onboarding through authorization and legal agreements.
  • Provide partner training and enablement, connect partners with engagement opportunities, and assist Learning Partners in developing annual business plans to achieve vendor goals.
  • Monitor partner success and overall program effectiveness; oversee business model transformation, renewal rate management, and ALP fund activities; plan regional sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Establish and maintain Learning Partner relationships with ATC principals, stakeholders, and affiliated instructors; ensure successful delivery of learning and training services for customer adoption.

Job Purpose:
 

The Senior Manager - Partner Success will develop and oversee a group of Learning Partners who provide strategic learning and training services to end customers within Learning Community. In this role, The incumbent will manage all aspects of Vendor Learning Partner Programs, including: new partner recruitment, monitor partner adherence to program requirements, manage day-to-day partner requests, assist with partner support during the authorization and legal agreement process, provide partner training and enablement, connect partners with engagement opportunities, oversee the Vendor Learning Partner business model transformation, as well as monitoring partner success and overall program effectiveness.

The Manager has P&L responsibility for the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management, Partner Management & Leading a team driving Business objective for the business.

  • Experience in managing P&L with the focus on driving profitable business

  • Own Renewal Rates on Subscription for the Current Qtr & drive increase in renewal rates.

  • Own ALP market development fund to drive ALP Activities & Events across GEO’s

  • Plan sales strategies, assign regional sales target per region & monitor performance of teams with reach activity & parameters planned

  • Establish and maintain on-going Learning Partner relationships with ATC: Principals, Stakeholders, and Affiliated Instructors

  • Assist Learning Partners in the development of annual business plans to support Vendor goals, ensure partner’s successful delivery of learning and training services in support of customer adoption

  • Develop adequate Product and Program subject matter expertise to support Learning Partners

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience is required.
  • 3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required​ 
  • Master's / Post graduate Degree is preferred
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.

 
Working Conditions:

  • Professional, office environment.
  • Remote / Work-from-home.
  • Local (in-country) travel required.
  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).
