Step into the core of a mission-critical, cloud-based platform at the intersection of smart logistics and advanced business applications. You’ll develop, modernize, and expand a B2B ERP solution that empowers global factories to level up their production intelligence. Collaborate directly with business, innovate across the full stack, and act as the Tech Lead’s right hand, driving product transformation and architectural evolution.

• Deliver robust features across the entire Java-built stack all deployed on Kubernetes.
  
• Drive modernization, push upgrades, hunt technical debt, and evolve the cloud-native architecture.
  
• Act as the deputy to the Team Lead, step up when needed, and become the intellectual sparring partner that elevates the team.
  
• Own complex topics end to end with determination, initiative, and clear communication.
  
• Uphold relentless code quality: unit/integration tests, code reviews, clean coding standards.
  
• Collaborate with business experts to design pragmatic solutions with real-world outcomes.
  
• Mentor teammates, spark knowledge sharing, and boost the bar for collective brilliance.
  
• Integrate third-party systems and work closely with external partners for maximum impact.
  

Profile requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
  
• 5+ years driving professional Java development in full stack environments.
  
• Fluency in Java (17+), hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL, and mastery of software architecture principles.
  
• Experience with Vaadin — or the drive to ramp up fast.
  
• Proven agile delivery, with automated testing and peer reviews as second nature.
  
• Ownership mindset: proactive, outcome-driven, and energized by responsibility.
  
• Skills in mentoring, collaboration, and raising the standard for your teammates.
  
• Professional level English (C1), both written and spoken.
  
• Bonus: Experience with mobile (Android/iOS/Ionic), Kubernetes/cloud native environments, or integrating third-party solutions.
