Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Requirements:

  • Develop new accounts in assigned territories and grow revenue from existing accounts, while maintaining and expanding overall revenue
  • Drive new business from customers and identify and develop channel partners in the territory to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle, manage a portfolio of accounts, and pursue upsell and renewal opportunities to meet or exceed quota
  • Create and maintain customer deliverables (proposals, statements of work) and effectively communicate the value proposition of CDN and cloud security solutions to C-level executives; stay updated on industry trends and lead weekly pipeline and account reviews

JOB TITLE: –  CHINESE SPEAKING REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – CLOUD COMPUTING 

LOCATION: REMOTE, UAE (THE ROLE IS REMOTE BUT THE PERSON MUST BE BASED IN THE UAE) 

JOB STATUS: PERMANENT, FULL TIME 

 

 

The Role:  

 

Are you familiar with cloud computing, CDN, security, and other products.  Would you understand client needs and provide the most effective solution based on client application scenarios? 

 

Do you have a degree, in computer science, information technology, or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant industry? 

 

Do you have solid B2B sales experience? Have you built up a network through your background in sales and business development in the UAE/Middle East?

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

To develop new accounts within assigned territories, with a clear set of growth targets to achieve and maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts. The ideal candidate should be a tenacious, results-oriented sales professional, with a passion for nurturing strong relationships with customers, passionate about the industry and possess excellent communication skills. Success in this position will require a positive attitude, great time management, strong work ethic, and a passion to build solid and sustainable relationships with customers. 

  • Drive new business directly from customers, identify and develop effective and scalable channel partners based in respective territories for building robust sales pipelines. 

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, seek additional revenue opportunities through upselling and renewals. 

  • Accountable for owning all aspects of the sales cycle, whilst consistently generating pipeline to meet and/or exceed quota. 

  • Create and maintain all major customer deliverables (proposals, statements of work, etc.) to provide over-the-top customer service and support. 

  • Understand the value proposition of our CDN and cloud security solutions and more productively, communicate all offerings to C-level executives and decision makers. 

  • Continuously keep abreast of industry and market trends, whilst building strong knowledge in our products and services. 

  • Drive business cadence for weekly team meetings on pipeline update, opportunities review, customer account reviews, etc. 

  • As the client’s country representative, to present on external symposium, conferences, media and industry events. 


Skills & Experiences: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, information technology, or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant industry sales experience preferred. 

  • Prioritize candidates with customer resources related to blockchain, e-commerce, internet, gaming, entertainment, and other industries expanding overseas. 

  • Proficient in cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and other related fields of expertise and experience. 

  • Familiar with cloud computing, CDN, security, and other products, able to provide the best solution based on client application scenarios, able to understand client needs and provide effective sales advice. 

  • Strong sales skills and negotiation ability, able to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets. 

  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effective
