This position is open to candidates located in Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Panama to join our team.

We’re hiring an International Bookkeeper based in Central America or Mexico who will serve as the steady, supportive presence our clients rely on. You’ll work side-by-side with an Account Manager, managing the day-to-day financials for multiple clients and helping them feel confident in their numbers.

How You'll Serve:

  • Process weekly transactions for clients in QBO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare and file sales tax returns.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide data and insights they need for client meetings.
  • Maintain organized financial records across multiple client accounts.
  • Ensure all work aligns with internal systems, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Support other client projects to help them stay financially informed and empowered.

What You Bring:

  • English proficiency REQUIRED (written and verbal).
  • Expertise in QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or a service-based accounting role.
