Location: HYBRID (minimal onsite as needed) - mostly REMOTE
Duration: 12+ months contract with extensions
Start: ASAP - Sept 1 target start date
Rate: OPEN - send best 1099 or C2C rates
Skills needed :
- Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits expert
- Ideally Oracle EBS Benefits expert that has migrated to Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
- Gathering and documenting Functional business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, application designs, functional designs for integration and extensions, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
