  • Work closely with Sales/Marketing teams to support, analyze and optimize processes in the Sales CRM systems
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Sales CRM solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Actively participate in SAP systems' upgrade cycles

Job description

This is a remote position.

Designation: SAP CX System Lead 

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 10-12 years

Shift timing: 12 pm to 9pm / 1pm – 10pm IST

Job Description:

A high caliber individual is most important for this role over location although many of the key business stakeholders are UK/EU based. 

  1. The system lead role is to be the leading source of expertise on how to design, configure and deploy CX industry innovative products to support client drive for revenue growth, market share, to be a customer centric, digital and data driven organization. 

  2. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, possessing functional and technical familiarity in the SAP environment. Hands-on SAP technical experience in support of the SAP SD module and notable SAP Sales & Marketing suite of products a plus. Along with day-to-day support activities, there will be considerable opportunity to play a key role in major initiatives and projects. 

Responsibilities can include: 

  1. Participate in improvement initiatives of Sales and CRM in SAP SD, SAP Sales Cloud, CPQ, SAP Commerce cloud and SAP Analytics cloud. 

  2. This role will work closely with Sales & Marketing (or business) team to support, analyze and optimize the processes in the Sales & CRM systems. 

  3. Provide ongoing support and maintenance alongside existing team for the SAP Sales & CRM solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. 

  4. Stay up to date on SAP developments, industry trends and best practices in the SAP Sales & Marketing area. 

  5. Work with SAP team and pan-IT functions on overall technical solutions to meet best for client requirement. 

  6. Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefit of IT system investment. 

  7. Query and analyze data within the existing system to provide essential information for future improvements. 

  8. Actively participate in SAP systems' upgrade cycles. 

  9. Interface and coordinate work assignment with other 3rd party system implementors.
