Salesforce Tutor - Remote Job

This is a remote position.

• Develop and deliver training programs on Salesforce to individuals and groups.
  
• Create and maintain training materials, including user manuals, training guides, and reference documents.
  
• Develop and maintain training curricula for Salesforce users of all levels.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of training materials.
  
• Provide feedback and support to learners to ensure their success in using Salesforce.
  
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tutor or similar role.
  
• Experience developing and delivering training programs for Salesforce.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
