About Our Client

Our client is a distinguished wealth management firm specializing in alternative investments for individuals and institutions. They offer exclusive opportunities across multiple asset classes, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Private Debt, alongside traditional equity and fixed-income portfolios.

The firm delivers a comprehensive wealth management platform tailored to Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, providing goal-oriented investing, expert guidance, and exceptional personalized service. Their services also include business management, tax strategy, insurance, and financial planning.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join the Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, fast-growing investment firm offering proprietary alternative investments across multiple asset classes.

The Wealth Advisor will play a critical role in developing, managing, and expanding client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of private clients while actively contributing to new business development. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions and exceed client expectations.

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

  • Work Arrangement: On-site or Remote

  • Reporting Line: CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new client relationships, including ongoing client communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and newly onboarded clients
  • Proactively source and develop new business through strategic networking and referrals
  • Grow the firm's HNW and UHNW client base

  • Implement comprehensive financial plans, coordinating estate planning, business management, and tax strategies
  • Collaborate with the Head of Portfolio Management to align investment strategies with client goals
  • Work with internal fund managers to allocate client capital into appropriate alternative investment strategies
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements as a Registered Investment Advisor

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in wealth advisory or private wealth management
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing client relationships
  • Ability to transfer a minimum of $20 million book of business

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment assessments
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFPĀ® (Certified Financial Planner) designation preferred but not required
