A developer and operator of high voltage transmission renewable energy systems is looking to grow its EPC Team with the addition of a High Voltage Project Engineer focused on T&D Substation engineering, operations, construction, and project development.
This is a business critical role that works directly with the company's Corporate Operations, EPC, Construction, and 3rd Party Contractors in order to drive physical and electrical substation projects from initiation to completion. The position requires experience leading project engineering initiatives for multiple greenfield and brownfield substation projects in aspects of conceptual design development, EPC, and overall technical project management. Travel for this role will be once every 1-2 months.

HV Project Engineer / Substation Engineer: Support greenfield, brownfield expansion, and transmission projects in technical support and commissioning efforts
Skills/Requirements:
5+ years of substation design project engineering exposures
Previous experience creating EPC bid packages for substation projects
Previous experience developing cost estimates for project capitalization
Experience with high voltage EPC projects dealing with transmission line (T-line) as well as substation engineering design; preferably 138kV or 345kV
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
