Roles & Responsibilities

Strong Order to Cash (O2C) expertise with end-to-end process understanding
Proven experience in dispute management and resolution with basic cash application and analysis
Familiarity with dispute tracking systems such as Salesforce and PeopleSoft; SAP/Oracle experience preferred
Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-starter attitude

Requirements:

Oversee end-to-end Order to Cash processes to drive timely cash collections
Manage and resolve customer disputes, including basic cash application analysis
Utilize and maintain dispute tracking systems (Salesforce, PeopleSoft; SAP/Oracle preferred) and perform data analysis in Excel/PowerPoint
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to manage relationships and expectations

Job Description:

"Required Skills and Experience: o Order to Cash Expertise: Strong background in order to cash processes. o Dispute Management: Proven experience in handling and resolving disputes effectively. Should have basic understanding of cash application and analysis. o Familiarity with Systems: Preferred Proficient in using dispute tracking systems such as Salesforce and PeopleSoft. Working experience in SAP and Oracle will be preferred. o Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. o Core Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong dispute resolution skills, and robust data analysis capabilities. Basic cash application analysis and resolution skills. Good communication and self-starter. o Good to Have: Should also be able to handle client facing role and mange customer relationships. "
