Our client is looking for a full-time Medical Front Desk Assistant to join their dynamic healthcare team. They are a recognized leader in the chiropractic wellness sector, having achieved significant growth and patient satisfaction milestones in recent years. This role is central to delivering an exceptional patient experience by being the first point of contact and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, professionally receiving inbound calls and electronic messages.
Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments using their specialized software.
Address patient inquiries with clarity and empathy, providing accurate information.
Proactively solve patient problems and coordinate care to ensure a smooth journey.
Conduct patient callbacks and follow-ups to support ongoing care plans.
Accurately update and maintain patient records within their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Prior experience in a medical front desk or similar patient-facing administrative role.
Proven ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and schedule appointments effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a patient-centric approach to coordination.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
