Qualifications

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation and performance test solutions and automated regression suites.
Proficiency in creating tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios across Web, API/Services, and Database testing.
Experience leading testing efforts as a test lead, planning work, assigning tasks, and reviewing scripts, expected results, test results, and defects; strong collaboration in Agile environments.
Ability to design test plans and test cases from functional and design specifications; execute tests and analyze/report results; capture QA data and metrics.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Design and develop automation/performance solutions that meet organization standards and build reliable, reusable, and maintainable automated regression suites & test harnesses
â Create tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios.
â Design and develop test plans, and test cases based on functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyze and report test results to the teams '
â Work in partnership with the development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality that meets the acceptance criteria
â Acts as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines.
â Uses strong testing skills to provide guidance and assist project staff
â Reviews and approves the work of project team members in the writing of scripts, expected results, test results, and defect descriptions. Ensures best practices are followed and testing activities stay on schedule.
â Focus on building efficient solutions for Web, Services/APIs, and Database testing requirements.
â Participate in internal/cross-team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment
â Involved in requirements review and participating in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation/performance strategy and ensuring best practices
â Participate actively in functional, system, and regression testing activities
â Capture quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions
