5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on ITSM (incident and problem management)
Proven ability to implement ServiceNow solutions from scratch
Strong integration skills with experience in MID Server installation, CMDB and Discovery
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, or Automation Engine

Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM solutions with hands-on ITSM experience
Lead implementations from scratch for new ServiceNow deployments
Design and implement integrations with external systems and services
Install and configure MID Servers, and manage CMDB and Discovery processes

Job description

This is a remote position.

ITSM ServiceNow Developers (e.g., ITSM, incident & problem management, etc.) with experience in modules either IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, or Automation Engine would be advantageous.
