Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on ITSM (incident and problem management)
  • Proven ability to implement ServiceNow solutions from scratch
  • Strong integration skills with experience in MID Server installation, CMDB and Discovery
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, or Automation Engine

Requirements:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM solutions with hands-on ITSM experience
  • Lead implementations from scratch for new ServiceNow deployments
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems and services
  • Install and configure MID Servers, and manage CMDB and Discovery processes

Job description

This is a remote position.

ITSM ServiceNow Developers (e.g., ITSM, incident & problem management, etc.) with experience in modules either IRM, BCIM, CSDM, ITOM, TPRM, Virtual Agent, Mobile App, or Automation Engine would be advantageous.
Please share the profiles who are 5 + years of relevant experience on ServiceNow Development with ITSM hands on experience, Implementations from scratch, good in Integrations, install Mid servers, CMDB and Discovery knowledge.
