What you will be doing
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering web and mobile development projects for adult-oriented digital product. You will oversee the full product lifecycle - from early ideation to launch - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
You’ll act as the central point of communication between clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, while navigating the specific challenges of adult-content platforms such as compliance, privacy, payments, and platform restrictions.
Your responsibilities:Manage new and existing web and mobile development project for adult-oriented productOversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and post-release supportCoordinate and support project team members (UX/UI designers, developers, QA, etc.)Manage priorities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across parallel projectsCommunicate schedules, milestones, and expectations to internal teams and external stakeholdersIdentify risks (technical, compliance, operational) and proactively address them with stakeholdersEnsure projects align with legal, compliance, and platform requirements relevant to adult contentProvide clear reporting and documentation on project progress to stakeholders and internal leadershipWho we are looking for:3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Junior PM, Scrum Master, Product OwnerExperience managing web or mobile development projects end-to-endComfortable working with adult-oriented, sensitive, or regulated digital productsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); certification is a plusHands-on experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similarHigh attention to detail and strong ownership mindsetAbility to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraintsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong English language skills (written and spoken)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceSolid business acumen in project planning, risk management, and deliveryWhy you’ll love working with usFreedom to create, innovate, and make meaningful decisionsWork on complex, high-impact digital products used by global audiencesModern office in Vilnius cityAll the tools and resources you need to do your best workSupportive, open-minded, and vibrant work environment
