Software Developer

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  

• Architect tailored solutions using SaaS applications such as Zoho CRM, Creator, Commerce, or Shopify web development.
  

• Implement custom modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting and Zoho’s development tools.
  

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
  

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful implementations.
  

• Conduct thorough testing of solutions and manage deployment processes.
  

• Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  

• Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features and best practices to enhance solution offerings continually. 
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in implementing and customizing SaaS applications like Zoho or Shopify.
  

• Technical Skills:
  

  • Proficiency in SaaS platforms and how to build on top of them.
    

  • Strong understanding of Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.
    

  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
    

  • Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies.
