Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) professional to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Integration tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing iFlows, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring seamless data flow across cloud and on-premise applications.

This is a part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI.
Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and third-party systems via SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, sFTP, and JDBC protocols.
Work with XML, XSLT, JSON, and Groovy/JavaScript for content transformation and scripting within iFlows.
Configure and manage security artifacts such as keystores, certificates, and user credentials.
Monitor and troubleshoot CPI integrations using SAP Cloud Integration Monitor and SAP BTP tools.
Participate in requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Work collaboratively with functional consultants and business users to deliver scalable integrations.
Maintain documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
Stay up to date with SAP BTP and CPI updates and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
Strong understanding of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and API management.
Experience with integration adapters (SFTP, HTTPS, IDoc, SOAP, REST, OData).
Proficiency in message mapping, content modifier, script-based transformations (Groovy/JavaScript).
Knowledge of security mechanisms including OAuth2, SAML, Basic Auth, and client certificates.
Familiarity with SAP PI/PO is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CI/CD tools, Git repositories, and automated deployment for CPI artifacts.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and other SAP cloud products.
Exposure to API management within SAP BTP.
Experience in working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
