SAP Delivery Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects and solutions across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, manage delivery teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. This role combines strong project management, team leadership, and SAP domain expertise to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  
• Manage project teams including SAP consultants, developers, analysts, and external partners to ensure effective execution and collaboration.
  
• Define delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Monitor progress, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure proactive issue management across projects.
  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to align expectations and foster trust.
  
• Ensure adherence to SAP standards, governance, compliance, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Support resource planning, capacity management, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  
• Provide regular reporting, metrics tracking, and performance reviews to leadership and stakeholders.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and business analysts to translate client needs into actionable delivery plans.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  
• 8+ years of experience in managing SAP projects or delivery functions across multiple modules and technologies.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes such as S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, Integration Suite, and other related solutions.
  
• Experience in delivery management, resource planning, budgeting, and client engagement.
  
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies like SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  
• Proven track record of managing teams, resolving conflicts, and achieving project goals in complex environments.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or SAP Activate are a plus.
