Boutique San Francisco base law firm is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Associate Attorney with 4-10 years of litigation experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in handling complex family law cases, demonstrating a strong ethical foundation, impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive cases toward resolution. Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Expertise:
ï· Draft and respond to Requests for Orders (RFOs).
ï· Appear at law and motion hearings.
ï· Collaborate on trial preparation.
2. Discovery Proficiency:
ï· Develop discovery plans in collaboration with partners.
ï· Propound discovery requests.
ï· Review and evaluate evidence.
ï· Conduct and defend depositions.
ï· Draft discovery motions.
3. Case Management Efficiency:
ï· Identify and analyze legal issues.
ï· Utilize case management software for efficient workflow.
ï· Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
ï· Interface with experts.
Requirements:
ï· California Bar License.
ï· Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
ï· Ability to appear for court appearances within the Bay Area.
ï· Familiarity with family law proceedings and procedural nuances.
ï· Ability to contribute collaboratively to attorney teams while managing cases
independently.
