  • Conduct candidate hunting and proactive sourcing across diverse profiles and industries
  • Perform telephone screenings and competency-based virtual interviews
  • Prepare recruitment reports and obtain professional references

Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.

Buscamos reclutadores freelance para sumarse a nuestro equipo!
100% virtual desde Argentina (prioridad CABA y Zona Norte)
Variedad de perfiles e industrias, para clientes dentro y fuera del país. 

Serás responsable de las siguientes tareas:
-Filtrado de CV
-Hunting
-Screening telefónico
-Entrevista virtual por competencias
-Elaboración de Informes
-Solicitud de referencias laborales

Requirements

- Lic. en Psicología (graduado, excluyente)
- Experiencia comprobable en todas las tareas mencionadas (excluyente)
- Bilingue español-inglés (excluyente)
- Disponibilidad para realizar varias búsquedas en simultáneo (NO compatible con trabajo full-time)
