The Opportunity:

**We are not seeking digital, technology-related or IT consultants, so please do not apply for this role**

We are looking to hire energetic, self-generating certified executive coaches with at least 5 years coaching experience and track record in delivering coaching services focused on organizational high performance. Strong delivery and platform skills are essential.

Ideal candidates should have several years’ industry experience, contributing to success through management of large projects, preferably in professional services. Your experience should include partnering and coaching senior executives and facilitating/delivering work sessions for groups up to 25 people or larger. Also, you should have experience managing at least two engagements that were upwards of $750K.

The ability to flex between the strategic and the tactical and provide leadership for complex, high impact projects related to people initiatives is a plus. You should have a background relevant to our focus on organizational development, change management and high performance.

You will apply our unique, proprietary methodology and tools to address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives. Experience working at large, complex organizations or multinational companies is a plus.

Essential capabilities should include:

  • Coaching certification required from a credentialing organization
  • Proof of coaching credentials from International Coaching Federation (ICF), Coach Training Alliance, Co-Active Training Institute, Coach-U or similar prominent credentialing organization
  • Completed at least 125 hours of coach specific education and 500 hours of client coaching experience
  • Commercially savvy and strong business skills
  • Consulting background
  • Coaching at varying levels throughout an organization
  • Demonstrate working effectively and collaboratively with client leaders
  • Provide examples of working in large organizations
  • Impacting organizational performance by shifting people’s thinking and behavior
  • Developing, managing and maintaining strategic relationships
  • Team player who’s also an entrepreneurial, independent thinker
  • Skills in leading sessions for groups of 10-20 people
  • Lifelong learner on a path to self-discovery and mastery
  • Passionate about client success
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Travel is required and consistent
