We’re looking for an Interactive Ads Operations Lead who will manage the complete operational cycle of our creative technology and HTML5 production teams — ensuring seamless delivery of interactive, game-like mobile ads.
This position centers around coordination, process improvement, and quality assurance for a high-volume creative pipeline handling over a hundred production tasks each week.
You’ll work closely with technical artists, developers, and creative producers to ensure that every interactive ad performs flawlessly, meets visual and technical standards, and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Supervise the daily production flow of tech art and HTML5 development teams, maintaining output quality and delivery timelines.
Resource Planning: Distribute and prioritize 100+ weekly tasks across the team, aligning capacity with production goals and deadlines.
Process Improvement: Refine documentation, automate repetitive steps, and streamline transitions between teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, creative, and R&D teams to ensure all deliverables align with technical and client expectations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as QA pass rate, project velocity, and overall delivery success.
Problem Solving: Detect workflow bottlenecks early, communicate risks, and drive timely resolutions.
Team Support: Make sure designers, developers, and auditors have the tools, data, and guidance needed to perform efficiently.
Milestone Management: Oversee multiple parallel ad productions, ensuring all stages are completed as planned.
Reporting: Deliver clear progress updates to internal stakeholders and, when required, to external partners.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in digital production or project coordination — ideally in interactive advertising, gaming, or creative technology.
Understanding of real-time development pipelines (Unity, WebGL, HTML5).
Familiarity with technical art workflows, including 2D/3D asset optimization, shaders, and visual effects.
Experience using workflow management tools (Monday.com preferred).
Strong analytical mindset — confident working with KPIs and delivery metrics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills — capable of maintaining clarity within multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Web performance optimization) is a plus.
Fluent English (both written and spoken) for global collaboration.
