Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with a strong understanding of marketing principles. The ideal candidate will have experience creating compelling visual content that aligns with brand messaging, drives engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across various platforms. You should be confident working independently to manage video projects end-to-end and collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to bring concepts to life.


Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality marketing videos for social media, websites, ads, and internal use.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate strategic messaging into video assets.

  • Apply storytelling techniques, motion graphics, and branding to enhance viewer engagement.

  • Organize and manage video files, ensuring proper version control and archiving.

  • Optimize video content for multiple platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, paid ads).

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and manage multiple rounds of revisions.

  • Stay updated on video marketing trends, tools, and platform-specific requirements.

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a marketing or content production role.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-driven video work.

  • Understanding of marketing strategies and how video content supports lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion.

  • Ability to edit for different formats (short-form reels, long-form videos, animated explainers).

  • Excellent time management and ability to deliver on tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Workspace).
