ABOUT THE ROLE 

We currently have an opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an active Oregon license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part-time (16 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from a tribal health center. Patient population is lifespan, ages 8+.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy and counseling  

• Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients  

• Assist with de-escalation and stabilization  

• Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources  

• Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors  

• Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care  

• Maintain documentation within partner site’s EMR  

• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all  

• Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context  

• Maintain all required certifications and licenses  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Licensed in therapy: LCSW

• Clinicians must have active state license 

• Professional licensure must enable independent practice  

• 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license  

• Intermediate to advanced experience with technology  

• Strong communication skills  

• Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred  

POSITION LOGISTICS 

• 100% remote position 

• Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality 

• You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.  

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

• The pay range for this role is $37 - $41 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data. The final offer will be determined based on an individual's skills, years of experience, education, capacity, licenses, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
