Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver virtual mental health services focused on assessment, treatment, and ongoing support. This role emphasizes steady caseloads, clear expectations, and the ability to concentrate on clinical outcomes rather than billing or scheduling concerns.

Primary Duties

• Conduct psychosocial assessments via telehealth
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions to assigned clients
• Maintain treatment notes and progress reports
• Coordinate care within established clinical guidelines
• Adjust interventions based on measurable progress

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
